Every Cape of Storms product is handcrafted with care, however if it doesn't match your expectations, please let us know so we can offer a refund or exchange.
Refunds and exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of receipt of goods.
If you'd like to exchange your product for another:
Cape of Storms only allows exchanges of products that are in the original, unused and unopened packaging.
To return your product, you should courier your product to:
Cape of Storms Apothecary (Pty) Ltd, 36 Margaret Avenue, Cape Town, Western Cape, 7405, South Africa.
Once the products are received, you will be issued with a voucher code to the value of your exchanged products to use on our online store. Please note that your shipping costs will not be refunded.
If you'd like a refund on your order:
Cape of Storms only allows refunds on products that are damaged or do not meet the product specifications.
Please send an e-mail to info@shopcapeofstorms.com with the reason for your refund request, and if possible attach a photo of the damaged product.
Once we have reviewed your request, your refund will be processed via your original payment method. Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for your refund to be processed. Please note that your shipping cost will not be refunded.
